POSTURE

Sit in easy pose. Keep the spine straight. A light Jalandhar Bandh (neck lock): with the neck long and the chin tucked in slightly.

MUDRA

Relax the arms down by the sides of the body with the elbows bent. Bring the palms in front of the chest at heart level. Both palms are facing up, the palms and thumbs cross, with the right palm resting in the left palm, and the right thumb crosses over the left. The fingers are relaxed, slightly bent, and point away from the body. The thumbs touch the palms.

EYES

Close the eyelids so they are 1/10th open – with a tiny crack open.

BREATH & MANTRA

Inhale completely and exhale completely as you chant the mantra in the following way:

This needs pranic (prana: the first unit of life force) energy; be sure to chant with your full breath and full strength. You will find your voice going down after a few minutes, Practice to maintain the full blast at a constant pitch.

TIME

11 minutes
When you can keep the full blast pitch constant, gradually increase to the maximum of 31 minutes.
It will take 3 to 7 years to achieve this.

ENDING

Inhale, suspend the breath, and then relax.

COMMENTS

This meditation deals with the Vayu (air) Sidhhi (super natural ability). It will cause that faculty to be totally enlarged, to become healthier, and to bring all desirable, positive changes.
