POSTURE

Sit in easy pose. Keep the spine straight. A light Jalandhar Bandh: with the neck long and the chin tucked in slightly.

MUDRA

Fold your arms across the chest, right over left, and place the hands on the sides of the ribs under the armpits.

EYES

Closed, focus at the third eye point

BREATH & MANTRA

Make an “O” shape of your mouth, inhale deeply through the mouth, and exhale through the nose. Breath with pure sentiments.

During the last 2 minutes chant:” Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung”. Heal yourself
You can chant in any style you prefer.

TIME

11 to 31 minutes.

ENDING

Inhale deeply and hold, apply all your pressure to squeeze the body and spine. Exhale.

Repeat the breath and pressure two more times.

COMMENTS

There is nothing more beautiful than your own breath of life. Simply act in a way to realize it and use it for your own expansion.
