Prayer from the Heart

Prayer from the Heart

• Invigorate your body’s circulation
• Come to a deep state of prayer

POSTURE

Sit in easy pose, in a cross-legged position.

Keep the spine straight.

A light Jalandhar Bandh: the neck long and the chin tucked in slightly.

Fold the arms across the diaphragm, right over left, and grasp the opposite upper arms close to the elbows.

EYES

Closed, With a light concentration at the third eye point, the root of the nose, where the eyebrows meet.

BREATH & MANTRA

Chant the mantra. You will just get lost in the words, in a prayer from the depth of your heart.

You can chant in any style you prefer.

TIME

31 minutes

ENDING

Inhale deeply.

Hold the breath in and squeeze your entire body to vitalize the spirit. Exhale.

Repeat the breath and squeeze sequense two more times.

Then, relax.

COMMENTS

As the out is eliminated and the in is kept, the drama of life is played very smoothly.
